Chris is product trained on Mercedes passenger and low commercial vehicles. He will bring the correct tools and parts to service your vehicle. Service reset will be carried out, DSB (digital service book) and log books will be updated accordingly.
Mercedes and AMG dashboards throw a lot of messages — engine, transmission, ABS, SRS, adaptive suspension, electrical. We use Mercedes-level diagnostic equipment to read every module on the car, not just the engine, so the real fault gets found instead of a guess.
Once we have the codes and live data, Chris walks you through what they mean, what the likely cause is, and what the repair involves. You get a written quote before any work starts, and we aim to fix the problem on the first visit wherever parts and access allow.

Brakes on Mercedes and AMG cars wear differently to standard vehicles — bigger rotors, multi-piston calipers, electronic park brakes. We measure pad and rotor thickness, check runout, inspect calipers and lines, and tell you exactly what's needed now versus what can wait.
Replacement uses Mercedes-approved or quality aftermarket pads and rotors to your spec. For AMG owners chasing more bite or less fade, we can quote performance pad and rotor upgrades suited to how you drive — daily, spirited road, or track days.

Slow cranks, dead battery overnight, charging warnings, stop-start dropping out — these usually trace back to the battery, starter motor, alternator, or one of the control modules managing them. Modern Mercedes and AMG vehicles often run two batteries, which we can test and replace as needed.
We test the battery under load, check the alternator output and inspect starter performance. If a battery is the answer, we fit the correct battery type to the vehicle so the energy management system is working as designed.

Mercedes sunroofs — panoramic and standard — fail in a few predictable ways: blocked drainage channels that flood the cabin in heavy rain, motor or microswitch issues that stop them opening, alignment that's drifted out of spec, or rails that have come loose. We diagnose all of these and tell you what's actually causing the problem before any work is quoted.
Most jobs can be done at your home or workplace. Drainage cleanout, motor replacement, microswitch replacement, and recalibration through the diagnostic system are all callout-friendly. Glass alignment or full mechanism rebuilds we'll quote separately and arrange a longer visit if needed.
If your sunroof has been leaking, don't leave it — water sitting in the headliner and door frames creates electrical faults down the line.
Mercedes and AMG suspension comes in a few flavours — conventional coil, Airmatic air suspension, and ABC (Active Body Control) hydraulic. Each has its own failure modes: Airmatic compressors burn out, air struts leak overnight, ABC pumps and pulsation dampers fail. We diagnose the right system and replace the right part.
